Position: 2nd Level Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Dublin City Centre
Salary: €25,000
Recruit First IT are working with a leading software solutions company who are seeking a desktop support engineer to join a fast-paced team in Dublin City Centre. This is a permanent position.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to gain experience in a troubleshooting environment and gain exposure to modern technologies. Further information is available upon request.
Skills/Requirements:

- 2+ Years’ experience in Desktop support role, supporting a windows environment
- Active directory experience
- Experience with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- LAN/WAN experience
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
