Position: Level 1 Deskstop Support Engineer
Salary: €25K-€32K
Location: Dublin City Centre
Role: Permanent
Recruit First IT are working with a leading software solutions organisation who are seeking a desktop support engineer to join a fast-paced team in Dublin City Centre. This is a permanent position. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to gain experience in a troubleshooting environment and gain exposure to modern technologies. Further information is available upon application.
Skills/Requirements:
· 1+ Years’ experience in Helpdesk/Desktop support role, supporting a windows environment
· Active directory experience
· Experience with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
· LAN/WAN experience
· Excellent troubleshooting skills
